Terms of Service and Disclaimer

Last updated 2026-09-14.

These terms cover your use of themysticverdict.com. Using the site means you accept them. If you don’t, stop reading and close the tab, which costs you nothing.

Entertainment purposes only

Every psychic reading, astrological chart, intuitive drawing and soulmate sketch written about or linked from this site is sold and reviewed as entertainment. Nothing on this site is professional advice. It isn’t medical, legal, financial or psychological advice, and it isn’t a diagnosis, a treatment or a prediction of anything that will happen to you.

No drawing tells you who you’ll meet. No reading tells you when. Nobody, including the sellers we review, can promise you a relationship, a marriage, a reconciliation, a job or a sum of money, and we don’t repeat those promises when a seller makes them. Our reviews describe what a product delivered to us as a file in an inbox. We claim nothing past that.

Don’t use anything you read here, or anything a psychic service sends you, to decide something that matters. Leaving a partner, taking a job, moving money, stopping a medication or skipping a doctor’s appointment are decisions for you and a qualified professional. If you’re distressed or in crisis, contact a doctor or a local crisis line rather than an intuitive reader.

The services we review are for adults aged 18 and over. Don’t order one if you’re younger than that.

Affiliate disclosure

This site is paid for by affiliate commissions. When you click a link here and buy from a seller, we’re paid a share of that sale by the platform handling the payment, which for the offers we currently review is ClickBank. Your price doesn’t change and nothing is added to your order for coming through us.

This is a material connection between us and the sellers we write about, disclosed here and on every review page as the Federal Trade Commission’s endorsement guides at 16 CFR Part 255 require. Affiliate links carry rel="sponsored nofollow". Some reviews are written as advertorials, meaning an advertisement in the form of an article, and those carry a disclosure above the headline. Our scores are set before the links go in, and a commission doesn’t buy a better one. How we test is described on the about page.

Results are not typical

Anything a review, a quote or a testimonial describes is one person’s experience. It isn’t what you should expect. Delivery times, the look of a drawing, the length of a reading and whatever someone feels afterwards all vary between orders, and a result reported to us or published by a seller is no guide to yours.

Where we publish a figure, such as a sketch arriving 21 hours after we ordered it, that’s what happened on our order on that day. The seller’s queue on the day you order may be slower. We make no representation that you’ll get the same outcome, the same turnaround or the same feeling about it that anybody else did.

Accuracy and warranties

We check prices, delivery times and refund terms when we publish, and sellers change them whenever they like. Check the price and the guarantee on the seller’s own checkout page before you pay, because that page is the one that binds them, not ours.

The site is provided as it is and as it’s available. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non infringement. We don’t warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error free or free of anything harmful, and we don’t warrant the quality, legality or safety of any third party product we write about.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we aren’t liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or for lost profits, lost data, lost opportunity or emotional distress, arising out of your use of this site or of any product you bought after reading it. That applies however the claim is framed and even if we were told such a loss was possible.

Where liability can’t be excluded, our total liability to you for all claims is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us, which is normally nothing, or 100 US dollars.

Some jurisdictions don’t allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of certain damages, so parts of the two sections above may not apply to you. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that can’t lawfully be limited. Your statutory consumer rights are untouched by this page.

Third party links and purchases

Links to sellers and to payment platforms take you off this site. We don’t control those pages and we aren’t responsible for what’s on them or what they do with your data.

You never buy anything from The Mystic Verdict. We sell nothing, we take no payments and we hold no orders. Every purchase is a contract between you and the seller, made on the seller’s site or on ClickBank’s, under their terms and their privacy policies. That’s who takes your card details, who delivers the product and who owes you support.

Refunds work the same way. ClickBank handles refunds for the offers we review under its own money back guarantee, which at the time of writing runs for 60 days from purchase, and ClickBank’s terms are what govern it. Requests go to ClickBank’s customer support at clkbank.com or to the seller. We can’t issue a refund, chase one up or overrule a decision on one, because we never held the money.

Using this site

Read it, share a link to it, quote a couple of sentences with credit. Don’t copy whole reviews, scrape the site, republish our tables or feed the content to a model for training. The text here is ours, and so are the scores and the comparison tables.

Don’t try to break the site, get into parts of it that aren’t public, or use it for anything unlawful. Anything you send us through the contact form stays yours, and you give us permission to use it to answer you and, where you’re reporting a factual error, to correct the page.

Privacy

What we collect and who sees it is set out in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

Governing law

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force. Our not enforcing a term straight away doesn’t mean we’ve given it up.

Changes to these terms

We update this page when the site changes, when an offer’s refund terms change or when the law moves. The new version applies from the date at the top, and using the site after that date means you accept it. We don’t email anybody about an edit, so check the date if it matters to you. There are no accounts here to notify.
