We answer most mail within two working days. Anything that needs us to dig back through order records or re-test a service takes longer, and we’ll tell you it’s taking longer rather than going quiet on you.
What to write about
Corrections
Tell us the page, the sentence and what’s wrong with it. We check every correction against the receipts and files from our own order, so the more specific you are the faster it moves. Fixes get a dated note at the foot of the page.
Review requests
If a psychic, astrology or relationship service is being pushed hard at you and you can’t find an honest word about it, send us the link. Include the price and where you saw the ad. We don’t take payment to review something and we don’t promise a good write up, so sellers pitching for coverage should expect the same test as everyone else.
Press and research
Journalists, researchers and consumer bodies can ask for our order records, delivery timestamps and the reasoning behind a score. Say what the deadline is in the first line.
Privacy and data requests
Ask us to show you or delete what we hold using the same address. Put “privacy request” in the subject line and read the privacy policy first, because it lists what we actually have. We reply to these within one month.
What we can’t help with
We’re not the seller. We don’t take your payment, we can’t look up your order, and we don’t hold the customer records of any service we review. If a sketch or reading hasn’t arrived, or you want your money back, that goes to the seller and to ClickBank, who process the payment and handle refunds under their own guarantee. We also don’t do readings. Nobody here will draw your soulmate or tell you what’s coming, and mail asking for that gets a polite no.
