What The Mystic Verdict is
The Mystic Verdict is an independent review publication. We buy lifestyle and relationship services that have gone viral before anyone sober has checked them, then we write up what turned up. The first market we worked through was psychic soulmate sketches, starting with the $29 drawing and written reading sold by Tina Aldea.
No seller owns a share of this site and no seller pays us for a rating. We’re not psychics, we don’t do readings, and we have no view on whether astrology works. What we can do is order the thing, time it, open the file and tell you what’s in it.
Who we write for
Most people arrive here after typing an artist’s name and the word “review” into Google. You’ve seen the clip on TikTok, you’re half sold, and you want to know whether a real file lands in your inbox before you hand over a card number. That’s the reader we write for. If you want an argument for or against the occult, there are better sites for that.
How we test
We pay for everything with our own money, at the advertised price, through the normal checkout. No press copies, no vendor accounts, no heads up to the seller that a reviewer is ordering.
- We order as an ordinary customer would, with a real birth date and a real inbox.
- We log the minute the order goes in and the minute the file arrives, so turnaround is measured rather than repeated from the sales page.
- We keep the artwork and the written reading, and we say how many pages actually came.
- We order the same kind of product from competing sellers at a similar price, so a score sits next to a real alternative instead of floating on its own.
- We read the refund terms at checkout and we contact support to see whether anyone answers.
Where a seller’s claim can’t be checked, the review says it can’t be checked instead of repeating the number. Nothing we publish is shown to the company being reviewed before it goes live, and no seller gets to edit a line of it.
How we make money
Affiliate commissions. If you click a link here and buy from the seller, the payment platform they use pays us a share of that sale. Tina Aldea’s offer runs on ClickBank, so ClickBank is who pays us. You pay the same price you’d pay going straight to the seller. Nothing is added to your order for arriving through this site.
The commission doesn’t move the score. We earn on a service we rate 6 out of 10 as readily as on one we rate 9 out of 10, and the ranking is settled before any link goes into the page. When the honest answer is don’t buy it, the review says don’t buy it. Every review and advertorial on this site carries a disclosure near the top and again in the footer, which is what the FTC asks for.
What we can’t tell you
Psychic readings and soulmate sketches are sold as entertainment, astrology work included, and we review them as products. We can tell you what arrived, how long it took, what the drawing looks like and whether the refund went through. We can’t tell you that a drawing predicts who you’ll meet, and we never write that it does. The full wording is on the terms and disclaimer page.
Corrections
Get in touch if we’ve published something wrong. Email editorial@themysticverdict.com with the page and the line, and we’ll check it against our order records. Corrections are noted at the foot of the page with the date it changed. Sellers are welcome to write in, and we’ll fix a factual error for them, but a low score isn’t a factual error.
Who runs this site
The Mystic Verdict is published by Omega Software Solutions. The same company pays for the products we order and receives the affiliate commissions, and no seller we review holds a stake in it.
The reviews are written by the people who placed the orders and kept the files. We don’t run invented staff profiles or stock photo headshots, and a byline goes on a page only when a real person stands behind it. How that works is set out on the editorial standards page.
Editorial mail goes to editorial@themysticverdict.com and gets read by the people who write the reviews. Our postal address and a contact form are on the contact page.
